Helping You Discover the Joy of Healthy Living Since 1987
Lenox Fitness Center was established in 1987 in the cellar of the Lenox Post Office where it resided for 13 years. The current owners moved the "Club" to its bigger and brighter home on Route 7 in August 2000, and it became known as "Lenox Fitness Center & Spa".

Currently, Brian is co-owner with his wife, Stephanie, of Gymfest in Pittsfield, MA and also an instructor at Berkshire Community College teaching: Exercise Science, Gym Program Planning, Muscle Strength and Conditioning, Advanced Strength Training, and Stretch and Flexibility.

"Everyone is different and we must train accordingly. We approach your goals as a two-person team, keeping our eyes on the prize—optimum physical fitness. You owe it to yourself to feel as good as you deserve and enjoy life the way you want."
Christine Kielpinski
Fitness Instructor
Christine has a B.S. Engineering and 9 years as an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, Cycling Coach, Group Fitness Instructor, and Outdoor Guide. Fitness has actually been part of Christine’s whole life. Christine's philosophy is "Being fit and living your life are one and the same…Fitness is a Way of Life...Life is Now." Her Passion is bringing that to others, especially those who missed the opportunity when they were children, are ready to explore this side, and want to be physically younger.
She has lead individuals and groups of all ages and fitness levels....from enthusiastic 5th graders on their ski's for the first time to gung-ho Navy weekend warriors heading to the top of Mount Whitney....from beginner Mountain bikers on their brand new bikes to enthusiastic seniors who want to stay young, agile, and strong….from competitive athletes going for rankings to overloaded adults needing to just transform stress. Christine’s specialty is long range fitness training plans and instruction for lifelong fitness. She really gets great satisfaction from introducing fitness to "first-timers", teaching movement skills and fitness language, seeing them walk the talk, bringing them to higher fitness levels, and leading them to feel their personal best.
