"After the last of four sons graduated high school, I thought my social life would be over without the connection of High School sports. I started going to the LFC not only for social reasons but I knew it was time to start thinking of myself and my health. It's a great place to meet people, socialize and also to get yourself in shape. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and they are what makes you want to go back everyday. I was never one to exercise so it took a lot of convincing to join. That was 3 years ago, I've lost 25 lbs and plan to stay a member for years to come. There is life after 4 boys and it's at the Lenox Fitness Center."

"Tim Hart's personal training taught me how to use weights and core work to strengthen my body and mind. I am just finishing up a 3 week bridal boot camp in preparation for my wedding in Lenox on August 14th. he is an amazing trainer and really fun to work with."

"Sue Merritt is a fun, caring and very knowledgeable fitness instructor.

If you are unable to do a certain move (due to injury or other limitation), she always has an alternative one that will benefit you.

She carefully watches all class participants and gives great instructions on proper form.

She pushes us but is very motivating!"

“I enjoy the Lenox Fitness Center. It has provided me with a wide range of exercise classes. Between sculpting, dance, balance  I feel I am in better shape today than I was 20 years ago. I also like the atmosphere. People are friendly and each one of us is encouraged to work to our best and there is no competition between the members. The fitness center provided me with a stability and schedule when I retired two years ago. I have found the men and women who attend the same classes to be enjoyable and informative. Along with exercise I have gotten help with my knitting, insights into possible books to read, drafted to volunteer for the literacy network and found a network of friends that have been wonderful.”

She has lead individuals and groups of all ages and fitness levels....from enthusiastic 5th graders on their ski's for the first time to gung-ho Navy weekend warriors heading to the top of Mount Whitney....from beginner Mountain bikers on their brand new bikes to enthusiastic seniors who want to stay young, agile, and strong….from competitive athletes going for rankings to overloaded adults needing to just transform stress. Christine’s specialty is long range fitness training plans and instruction for lifelong fitness.
