In the summer of 2008, the Lenox Fitness Center responded to the needs of student athletes looking for a way to prepare for the upcoming sports seasons.

Personal Trainer Sue Merritt and Fitness Director Brian Pickard designed two programs for teens, grades 6 - 12,
- Teen Spinning with Sue Merritt:
Tuesdays @ 3:30 pm
Sue's class focuses on cardiovascular conditioning through the Spinning Program and use of heart monitors.
- Teen Bootcamp with Brian Pickard:
Thursdays @ 3:30 pm
Brian's class focuses on combining endurance and functional strength conditioning in a bootcamp style setting.
The Teen Fitness Program now includes ALL teens interested in improving their fitness and developing healthy habits for life.
Our Personal Training Department also offers indivdual training for teens who are looking for a more specific personal program or advanced training.
