Aerobic Jam
A High/Low impact aerobics class
with lots of energy.
Block Interval
Intervals of step and floor aerobics
followed by segments of upper body and abdominal
conditioning with weights. One and a half hours.
Cardio Kickboxing
Join the hottest craze! Learn
boxing moves and put them together for a fun, high-energy
class.
On The Move
Experience the influence of dance.
Enjoy aspects of ballet, jazz, Afro-Carribean, ethnic, Latin
and modern styles. Open to all levels.
20/20/20
20 minutes each of aerobics, step and sculpting.
Join in for half or the entire one and a half hours. This class
is designed in three segments so you can join in at any 30 minute interval. A warm-up is strongly recommended.
Pilates Mat Class
A class based on Joseph Pilate's
methods of strengthening the core muscles and lengthening
the muscles that are essential to balance, movement
and agility.
Sports Conditioning
Increase cardio and strength with weights, steps,
and exercise bands.
Sculpting
Complete muscle conditioning with
weights, stability balls, mini balls and bands.
Sizzling
Step
A moderate to high intensity
class that involves use of the Reebok® step.
Spinning®
A fun and popular indoor group
cycling class for cardiovascular and muscle conditioning.
Step & Sculpt
Sizzling Step with the addition
of bands or hand weights for a complete workout.
Kripalu DansKinetics
Puts yoga to rhythm, creating a high-energy
aerobic workout. Benefits include increased stamina, aerobic
capicity, flexibility, and fun.

postures, breath, and meditation. Space is created to build
strength, flexibility, and deep inner calm. Learn to listen
to your body's needs and use class as an opportunity for challenge
or rejuvenation.
Vigorous
Yoga
This is an advanced class
and students should have a good knowledge of postures and alignment.
Pilates On the Ball
Working on
a ball, using Pilate's techniques to increase core strength,
stability, and balance. Class size is limited to 25 people.
Power Walk
Wednesdays
at 7:00am in Kennedy Park, weather permitting. Bring
a water bottle and wear comfortable
shoes. Meet at the front desk.
